Anna Burton PGdip, BSc Hons RD.

Anna is a UK registered Senior Specialist Pancreatic Dietitian.  Graduating in 1997 with a BSc Hons degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. Since then, Anna has gained 25 years experience in multiple areas of clinical dietetics and nutritional support whilst working within the NHS.

Pancreatic surgical dietetics won Anna’s heart in 2007 and she has since led the pancreatic dietetic service in a large teaching hospital in the UK.

Anna is highly skilled in the nutritional treatment and care of people with pancreatic conditions, including Pancreatic Cancer, Pancreatic Diabetes (Diabetes of the Exocrine Pancreas), Acute and Chronic Pancreatitis.  Anna has a passion about supporting people to help them gain understanding about their condition, enabling them to take control of their eating and symptoms.

Anna has a private practice offering online video or telephone consultations.

Anna completed a PGdip in Advanced Nutrition from Leeds Beckett University in 2019.  Anna is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and is a member of the British Dietetic Association (BDA).
