Bianca is a Registered Dietitian specialising in paediatric nutrition. She obtained her BSc. Human Nutrition and Dietetics (Hons) in 2005 at the University of the Free State in South-Africa and in 2017 her PGDip (Nutritional Medicine) at the University of Surrey. With more than 16 years’ experience, Bianca is passionate about helping children of all ages develop a healthy attitude towards food whilst meeting their nutritional requirements to sustain optimal growth and development. Since relocating to the United Kingdom, Bianca has worked at various top NHS hospitals as well as private health centres across the country. In addition to her current NHS post Bianca has a busy private practice, specialising in food allergies, gastrointestinal conditions, feeding difficulties, tube weaning, chronic conditions and overall growth optimisation for all children up to 16 years of age. She also does consultancy work for various companies, she is a medico-legal nutrition expert and she writes peer reviews as well as articles for various publications. She works closely with Paediatricians, Paediatric Allergists, Paediatric Gastroenterologists and various paediatric Allied Health Professionals to provide comprehensive multidisciplinary evidence based treatments.
