I am Hannah Nahorniak, a freelance Registered Dietitian and founder of HN Nutrition & Dietetics.

I have always had a love for food. Growing up the science of nutrition, and how our diet can influence the way our bodies function, fascinated me. This led me to my career in dietetics.I initially completed an undergraduate Masters of Nutrition degree, with state registration in Dietetics, at the University of Nottingham. Moving to London, and during my time working at Guys and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust, I went on to complete a MPhil in Nutritional Sciences, in the area of Nutrition in cancer treatment.

I have over 20 years of clinical and managerial NHS experience in a variety of hospital and community settings, with further experience in the food services and foods for special medical purposes industries.  

My specialist areas include gastrointestinal diseases including IBS, nutrition in cancer and achieving a healthy weight, albeit the need to gain or lose it, product development and innovation.

Above all my passion is to make people feel better, by providing the tools they need, to take care of their bodies through the food they eat.
