From a young age, I knew I wanted to make a difference in people's lives. At 16 I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism and this personal experience gave me an unique undertstanding of the challengesclients face with weight gain. With over 20 years dietetic experience, YMCA gym instructor award and postgraduate diploma in obesity and weight management, I have the skills to empower clients to improve their health and quality of life through effective weight management. I am also a passionate advocate for those living with obesity and work to help reduce weight bias and stigma.
