Based in the heart of Bishops Stortford we offer face to face, virtual sessions and phone sessions.

We allow ample time to get to know your needs and find a practical plan to help support you with your diet and symptoms.

I see people who need support with Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Heart conditions, Weight management, Diverticular Disease, Constipation, Inflammatory Bowel Disease, Nutritional deficiencies, Unintentional weight loss, neurological conditions such as Motor Neurone Disease, Stroke.

Having practiced in the NHS for over 25 years I have experience in many clinical specialities and am happy to discuss your needs to see if I can help. I work with adults but will see 16-18 year olds with a parent or guardian present.  

I am a Registered Dietitian combining a busy NHS work load with private practice. I am registered with the Health Care Professionals Council and am a member of the British Dietetic Associate and the Freelance Dietitians Group.
