I am a UK Registered Dietitian with experience working in GP clinics, outpatient clinics and inpatient wards in the NHS. I hold a Nutrition and Dietetics BSc from King's College London. I currently work in one of the largest dietetics departments at a NHS Trust in Central London. I am originally Spanish however I grew up in the United States and I have been in London for the past 6 years. I am bilingual (English and Spanish) and I am happy to carry out consultations in either languages.

My holistic focus as a freelance dietitian is in supporting you to achieve personalised long-term dietary and lifestyle (movement, sleep, stress management, social support) changes to:

- Optimise your health, improve your energy and strength levels, and promote longevity through health-promoting anti-inflammatory diets.

- Manage a condition you may be living with where dietetic input may be beneficial including improving your glycemic control (for both non-diabetic and diabetics), lipid lowering (i.e. high cholesterol), hypertension, fatty liver disease.

- Improve your gut health and manage digestive disorders including food intolerances, Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), Celiac Disease, Diverticular Disease, Bloating, Constipation, SIBO. If appropriate supporting you in following the low FODMAP diet as a trained FODMAP dietitian.

- Reach your healthy weight by reducing body fat and increasing muscle mass. Helping you sustain this in the long-term.

- Increase your weight and/or muscle mass if you are living at a low body weight or have experienced unintentional weight loss due to stress, loss of appetite, or a clinical condition.

- Manage fatigue-related conditions (such as Long Covid, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome or Fibromyalgia) or conditions affecting executive functioning around mealtimes (such as ADHD).
