I have over ten years' experience working in the NHS. I have worked with a range of individuals, providing dietetic advice and support in the management of a range of different conditions. My specialist interests are in obesity, binge eating disorder and gastrointestinal disorders and non-IgE mediated allergy. I also have a wealth of experience in nutrition support for malnutrition, nutrition for older adults and tube feeding.

I am now offering freelance dietitian services for clients. I am also available for public speaking events, conference, workplace health events and nutrition and health writing.
