I am a qualified dietitian and registered with HCPC (Health and Care Professionals Council) and BDA (The Association of UK Dietitians). As a mother of three I have over 20 years of personal experience of feeding a family from weaning with allergies to teenage anxiety induced IBS. I have also received additional BDA training in Nutritional Management in Pregnancy.

I particularly enjoy working together with families, helping them to meet everyone’s different needs in a very practical way. I am available to help in any way you would find helpful, from observing family mealtimes (your very own “Super Nanny”!) to taking you on a supermarket shop.

Outside of my private work I work with Active Surrey on their “Be Your Best” course for families who have weight management issues, I also go into local schools to speak to parents on picky eating.
