We provide Holistic Health Care to Children and Parents with a range of medical conditions such as food allergies, eating disorders, diabetes, MCAS, low histamine diet, cancer, and much more. We also specialise in mindfulness and mindful eating. 

About the Founder:

\Nishti is a registered dietitian with the HCPC in the UK and the National Board of Health, Denmark, and Faroe Islands. She graduated from the University of Surrey in 2011 and in 2022 she obtained an MSc in Advanced Professional Practice in Paediatrics. She is also a certified mindfulness teacher and avid meditator.
