Ruth Kander is a state-registered dietitian, registered with the British Dietetic Association and the Health and Care Professions Council since January 1996.
Ruth is an Advanced Clinical Practitioner in renal medicine at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust.
Ruth has been working in the NHS for 28 years
All consultations are online video or video calls on Sundays or Fridays
The first consultation is approximately 1-hour session to find out about your lifestyle, medical history, and dietary intakes. Advice that is up to date and practical to follow will be given.
Follow-up appointments are half an hour to find out how you have managed with the dietary advice I have given.
No faddy diets, pills or potions are used.
All the dietary information provided is practical and up to date with medical practice.
Ruth is currently only seeing clients with Kidney disease stages 1-4.
Clients have been happy with the advice I have given.

British Dietetic Association Elizabeth Washington Award for an online doctors training program in Nutrition.
