I'm a passionate registered dietitian and a nutritionist with 18 years of varied experience covering NHS, industry, non-profit organisations and private practice. I'm mummy to 2 girls. I specialise in early years nutrition and am an expert on weaning and fussy eating. I know when there are signs for ARFID and will refer on. I also provide advice on the prevention and management of allergies during weaning. I enjoy keeping up to date in all these areas through many courses and study days so she can provide the best advice possible.

I studied nutrition at degree (BSc (Hons) level and dietetics at postgraduate level (PGDip). I'm particularly passionate about the importance of building healthy relationships with food and good nutrition from the start of life. Getting little ones off to a good start is so important for shaping future eating habits and health in later life. I enjoy helping parents and carers teach their little ones to not only have a positive relationship with food but also to learn to love a balanced and varied diet and enjoy happy mealtimes.

I'm also an expert in analysing research and translating complex scientific nutrition information into simple language and writing and presenting for different audiences.

I've written websites, position statements, consumer publications, educational materials, press releases and newsletters on infant nutrition and for the dairy industry, the latter covering nutrition across a wide-range of subject areas.

I provide evidence-based, trustworthy, clear and balanced advice on nutrition to groups, individuals and companies in addition to writing articles and educational resources.

I offer webinars, workshops and 1 2 1 packages to parents, carers and nursery staff and all are accessible online.
