Dawn is a Registered Dietitian and Performance Nutritionist with 18 years experience in the clinical field and sport sector. She has significant clinical experience of working within mental health and specifically disordered eating, as well as working with a wide range of athletes, having had experience of working across all age groups, multiple sports, and at all levels. Recent work within the sport sector includes development of educational performance nutrition packages and delivery of academy level webinars, as well as on a one-to-one basis with national and international athletes in preparation for the Common Wealth's 2022 and Paris Olympics 2024.
