I have a BSc (Hons) from Imperial College London and PhD from Cambridge University, both in chemistry and a MSc in Applied Sports Nutrition (with Distinction) from St Mary’s University (London).  I am a full member of the Sports and Exercise Nutrition Register (SENr) and a UK Anti-Doping Educator. 

I work with individual athletes and with teams who train (and, if appropriate, compete) at all levels of performance, helping everyone I work with to achieve their goals.  I take the best, most up-to-date science and evidence, translate it (so you don’t have to) and provide easy, practical advice for you to follow.
