SENr Performance Nutritionist (HCPC Registered Dietitian) with international experience supporting world class athletes, a proven record in clinical dietetic practice and extensive leadership experience focussed on people development. 


After obtaining a BSc (hons) in Dietetics in 2010 Felicity started her career as a HCPC Registered Dietitian working in various positions for the NHS. In 2012 she completed an MSc in Applied Sports Nutrition with distinction and having submitted her award winning final research project, set off to Australia/New Zealand for 3 months of volunteering with Australian Rugby, the Australian Institute of Sport and Highlanders rugby for their pre-season camp. Returning to the UK, from early 2013 she based herself in London, continuing to practice in clinical dietetics alongside pursuing her passion for Sports Nutrition and building up her portfolio to achieve SEN registration. Her first formal career break in Performance Nutrition came in 2013 when she was offered a consultancy role supporting Welsh Gymnastics with their nutrition strategies in preparation for the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games. In 2014 Felicity made the move to Wales full-time and achieved her dream of landing an Institute role at Sport Wales supporting British Athletes across Olympic, Paralympic & Commonwealth support programmes and attending the Commonwealth Games that year.
In 2015 she help delivery of the catering set up at the inaugural 2015 European Games in Baku, Azerbaijan and in 2018 she travelled back to Australia to spectate and cheer on Team Wales at their most successful Commonwealth Games ever at Gold Coast 2018. In 2019 Felicity made it through an intense selection event to be invited to join Team GB in supporting their preparation for Tokyo 2020. In 2021 she finally travelled to Tokyo, Japan as part of the Paralympics GB delegation supporting the nutrition of athletes & coaches from across British sport at their preparation camp.
Alongside her passion for Sports Nutrition Felicity has built her strategic leadership and management experience with various roles leading teams and was on the first cohort of the British Dietetic Associations (BDA) ‘Future Leaders’ programme as well as volunteering for a committee role on the BDA’s ‘sports nutrition specialist group.’ Her current role as the Institute People & Services Lead for the Sport Wales Institute combines her passion for people and performance sport to ultimately enable sport in Wales to thrive.
