As well as being SENr registered, I am also a Registered Nutritionist with the Association for Nutrition. With over 8 years experience in the nutrition industry, my career so far has seen me work in various areas of the industry, see examples below!

In food manufacturing within categories such as ready meals for nutritionally balanced collections, kids meals and premium M&S products, as well as Nestle categories including plant based. 

I have experience in copywriting, health writing, recipe development and improving the nutritional profile of products and menus.

I currently work with clients on one-to-one basis both in person in Newport, South Wales, and online. I love working with sport specific clients who have upcoming events, or want to enhance their performance within their chosen discipline. With experience working with adolescent athletes in swimming and football, right through to master triathletes and endurance cyclists - I love the challenge and variety that comes with working in this discipline!

I’ve also spent time in the catering sector where I provided nutritional support for adults and children with allergies or medical conditions including Diabetes, PKU and G6PD Deficiency.
