I am a Nutritionist registered with the AfN and SENr.

I am passionate about marrying nutrition for health and performance through education, practical skills (food shopping, cooking, planning) and psychological approaches. 

I am currently lecturing at Plymouth Marjon University and support athletes in basketball and football (through individual sessions and group workshops) in building healthy relationships with food whilst understanding how best to fuel their sport and day-to-day lives.
