I am a SENr accredited performance nutritionist, a graduate of St Mary's University Twickenham with a BSc in Sport Science and a MSc in Applied Sport Nutrition.
Having played rugby and cricket at a high-level, as well as previously working at Charlton Athletic FC, I'm familiar with the demands and nature of elite sporting environment.
