I am the Head of University Research Ethics and Professor of Applied Human Nutrition for Sport and Exercise at Sheffield Hallam University. I teach both at undergraduate and postgraduate Sport Science courses and I also work as a sport nutrition consultant who has supported several Olympic and World Champions, Premiership footballers and professional boxers and cyclists. I have a keen interest in how sport nutrition science can be translated to "food on a plate" that can help athletes enhance their performance.
