I am a Senior Lecturer in Human Nutrition at Ulster University, Coleraine and have 16 years' experience lecturing in sports nutrition. I am an active member of the Nutrition Innovation Centre for Diet & Health at UU and my research interests include vitamin D, hydration and performance, dietary intake and nutrition knowledge of athletes and soya/isoflavones and health.
