Esther starts her teaching and lecturing after her graduation from the University of Reading in Food Science. Esther’s teaching areas are in food science and human nutrition. Upon attaining an MSc in Sport and Exercise Nutrition from the University of Ulster, she begins teaching a wide range of nutrition modules in Higher Diploma programme (in Fitness and Exercise Nutrition) and is going to take up teaching duty of top-up degree programme (in Health and Exercise Science).

Esther also receives media and newspaper interviews to provide expert advice on food safety and human nutrition.
