I specialise in helping teenagers and adults with Irritable Bowel Syndrome and other gastro-intestinal conditions and diagnosing and managing food allergies and intolerances e.g. FODMAPs, gluten, lactose, histamine, salicylates and sulphites. I have over 20 years’ experience working in the NHS where I continue to work part-time as Adult Allergy Specialist Dietitian as well as run my private practice in Wantage, Oxfordshire. I can also provide advice to clients further afield via Zoom. I use an holistic approach to help my clients improve their quality of life through personalised dietary and lifestyle advice and am now also offering gut-directed hypnotherapy to complement the dietary advice for those with chronic gut symptoms.

I have co-written resources on IBS, food allergies and intolerances which are used by dietitians nationally and am co-author of the Professional Guidelines for the Dietary Management of IBS for Dietitians. I am a member of the British Society for Allergy and Clinical Immunology, the BDA Gastroenterology Specialist and Food Allergy Specialist Groups and the British Society of Clinical & Academic Hypnosis.
