Women's health has been a passion for many years. In my early 20s, I received a life-changing diagnosis of severe endometriosis, a journey that led me through multiple cycles of IUI and IVF in my 30s and early 40s. These personal experiences sparked an interest in how making changes to your diet may help to improve your symptoms and enhance fertility. This also led me to change my career and become a dietitian. I know how even small changes can make a big difference to your well-being and want to help other women to do the same.
