I am a graduate registrant of the SENr having recently completed my Master’s degree in Human Nutrition with specialisation in Sports Nutrition, for which I achieved a distinction. Prior to this, I studied Sport Science, providing a strong foundation of knowledge to build from.

My MSc research investigated the effect of glycaemic index on plasma lipids and glycaemic response of recreationally active individuals following a short term high-carbohydrate diet. I enjoy research and the practical application of it in sport, so I am looking forward to an exciting career in Performance Nutrition.
