I am a Registered Performance Nutritionist. I specialise in supporting youth and master athletes to meet the demands of their given sport through effective nutritional strategies, so they are able to continually improve and optimise their health and performance. I supported individuals and groups in the educational, corporate and performance sectors.

I also have a background in primary/secondary education and I am a licensed football coaching and cycle trainer.
